How do I choose the right charm?
Read the product description for dimensions, materials and compatibility. Charm fittings can vary between bracelet styles. If you are unsure, email us with the charm and bracelet you have in mind.
Are all products sterling silver or gold?
Materials and finishes vary by product. Please use the individual product description as your guide. A silver-tone or gold-tone description refers to colour and does not by itself mean solid silver or solid gold.
Will your charms fit my bracelet?
Please check the compatibility information for the specific product. We cannot guarantee that every charm fits every bracelet or another brand’s bracelet. Contact us before ordering if a fit is unclear.
Where do you deliver and how much does it cost?

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email support@lovellecharms.uk as soon as possible with your order number and request. We will check its status and explain the available options. If it has already been dispatched, our Returns & Refunds explains cancellation and return rights.
How do I return an item?
Email us with your order number and a clear return or cancellation request. Please read our Returns & Refunds for the applicable time limits, return costs and refund process.
What if my order is damaged, incorrect or missing?
Contact support@lovellecharms.uk with your order number and details. For damage or an incorrect item, photographs can help. We will investigate and explain the next steps. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Which payment methods can I use?

How should I care for my jewellery?
Keep jewellery dry, avoid perfume and cleaning chemicals, wipe gently with a soft dry cloth and store pieces separately. Read our Product Care guide for more tips.
